This project is a three storey office addition to an existing historic building. LeMarchand Mansion was originally constructed in 1912 as a private residence, but has been converted to predominantly office space. The addition to this prominent Edmonton landmark includes 15,000 ft2 of office space, plus one level of underground parking. The addition is currently estimated to be completed in 2015.
The mechanical systems are variable air volume with DX cooling. Perimeter heating, reheat coils and air system heating coils are served by high efficient condensing boilers to maximize system operations.
Low flow plumbing fixtures with hands-free operation are used to minimize facility water consumption.
